10. Zhongguo Zun, China
Height: 528 m
Completion: 2018

China Zun is a supertall skyscraper under construction in the Central Business District of Beijing, capital of the People’s Republic of China. The 108-storey 528-metre building, designed byKohn Pedersen Fox Associates, is purported to be the tallest in the city, and its height will surpass that of China World Trade Center Tower III by 190 metres.

The 1,740-feet tall tower, designed bySOM, houses offices, 300 service apartments and a 350-room, 5-star hotel beneath its arched top.

The Guangzhou CTF Finance Centre, designed byKohn Pedersen Fox, is located across from Guangzhou West Tower in that city’s Tianhe District. The 390,000sm center is linked to public transportation through underground connections at the B1 and B2 levels, and to adjacent buildings via second level pedestrian bridges.

The 565-metre tower, designed byAtkinswill become the tallest building in Shenyang, and signals the continuing growth of the city. he development, with total investment estimated at over £1 billion, consists of two towers of 565- and 328-metres high respectively, and will be the landmark of Shenyang, the largest city in northeast China.

5. Goldin Finance 117, China
Height: 597m
Completion: 2015

Designed byP & T Groupthis 117-storey tower, located in the new Central Business District of Tianjin, will become the tallest building in the city upon completion. The upper portion will house a luxurious hotel and the lower portion will contain office space.

4. Wuhan Greenland Center, China
Height: 636m
Completion: 2017

Designed byAdrian Smith and Gordan Gill Architecture, the tower in Wuhan, China will comprise of about 300,000 square meters of floor area, including about 200,000 sm of offices, 50,000 sm of luxury apartments and condominiums, a 45,000 sm five-star hotel, and a 5,000 sm, 27-meter-tall private club.

Designed byKohn Pedersen Fox the tower is located in Shenzhen’s new CBD, the Ping An Finance Centre will be Shenzhen’s tallest building.
With over 100 office floors and a large podium containing retail and conference program, PAFC will become the physical and iconic center of Shenzhen’s burgeoning CBD.

Designed byNikken Sekkei, Benoy, SWA Group is located in the Central Business District of Suzhou, to the west of Jinji Lake. The tower is a part of large urban development project, Suzhou Industrial Park and its estimated cost of this plaza is 28.5 billion yuan.

1. Kingdom Tower, Saudi Arabia
Height: 1000m
Completion: 2018

Designed by Burj Khalifa architect,Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill, but many details about the project are kept secret, and will be revealed gradually. It will be the first building to reach the height of 1 kilometer.
