UNK project

UNK project  is Russian Architectural Bureau with Western work principals. The company was founded in 2000 by Julius Borisov, Julia Tryaskina and Nikolai Milovidov. Those three architects have experience of working abroad, and since 2011 that team also works in partnership with leading UK Architectural Bureau “Scott Brownrigg”. The result of cooperation between the Russian and British architecture schools is design of unique high-tech facilities and town-planning projects that are responsible for the latest Western trends and at the same time, the peculiarities of the domestic real estate market.

UNK project specializes on architectural and engineering design of buildings and on design of corporate interiors and public spaces. Among the completed and ongoing projects of the architectural bureau - the reconstruction of the pool "Luzhniki", the second stage of the IFC "Imperia Tower" in MIBC "Moscow-City", residential districts in innovation park "Skolkovo", facade solutions of shopping mall "Metropolis-2", residential district Ivanteevka, administrative and warehouse complex Bork; offices of Mail.ru, WALT DISNEY STUDIOS, Google, Microsoft, Samsung; interiors of the theater "Russian Song", chain stores of "Globus Gourmet" and "The Alphabet of Taste", restaurants Bocconcino, cinema circuit "Luxor" and etc. Company’s projects repeatedly has received prestigious professional awards, including - CRE Awards, Urban Awards, Best Building Awards, and etc.
